Opening an Appointment

From the Appointment item listing, you can click on a Calendar item to open it for viewing (figure 12).

And here, in figure 13, is the expanded menu for Calendar Items. From here, you can edit the Appointment, invite people to the Meeting, go back to the Calendar folder, or delete the Calendar Item.
